We did our first big harvest today! Salad mix, rocket, kale mix, radish and pak choi we're all ready to take to market.
The market was a success and to our delight we sold all our vege. We will have more of everything above plus some extra crops available at the next Earth Market on the 18th of August.
The market is on every second Thursday from 8.30am-1pm at The Leeve in Maitland and is currently the only market we are attending.
Very busy few weeks and we are doing a lot of different things for the first time but its very rewarding to know that some people are finally eating our produce.
