Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years to everyone out there!
We would like to take the time to thank everyone who has supported us throughout our first year as Rainbird Farm!
From those who bought our veggies or helped organise markets or to those that support us online or chat to their friends and family about us. It’s all so helpful and we are SO grateful for your ongoing support.
We literally can’t do what we do without you and we love growing delicious, organic, sustainable vegetables for our community so a huge thank you to all of you for giving us the opportunity to do what we love!
We are so excited to see what the next year brings.
So far we have been off to a wonderful start. Taz found a beautiful green tree frog this morning and we started opening and preparing our last plot for planting. We'll be planting out the first two beds with Lettuce and Pak Choi first thing tomorrow morning! We'll need the extra space so we can grow loads of tasty winter veggies and it will allow us to rejuvenate some of the other beds under cover crops.
New year, new plot!
